Reservation conditions

Any reservation must be accompanied by the payment of a deposit so that it is taken into account.

The deposit represents approximately 15% of the amount of your reservation depending on the providers. The balance will be paid directly to the service provider on the day of the outing.

The payment of the deposit can be made by Bank card, Check (if received more than one month in advance), Paypal, VAD (Distance Selling), cash.

A voucher will be given to you against your payment and will be MANDATORY to be presented to the service provider on D-day.

Terms of cancelation

If you cancel a reservation , cancellation fees may be charged by the service provider

  • If your cancellation is presented at least 48 hours in advance, no cancellation fee will be charged.

  • If your cancellation is presented less than 48 hours before the scheduled departure or the start time of the activity, your deposit will be cashed 100% by the service provider.

When the service provider cancels your reservation (technical breakdown, heavy swell, bad weather, ...)

  • We suggest that you postpone your reservation or switch to another activity with your agreement.

  • Otherwise we will refund your entire deposit.

The service provider is the sole decision maker regarding cancellations due to weather.

Sites specialized in the maritime domain are consulted and, in Guadeloupe, it is not uncommon to observe rains at night and early in the morning. Also, the departures may be slightly offset. Be sure to be reachable the day before and the morning of your reservation.
